This week’s Team Tuesday spotlight is on Lesley, one of our incredible all-rounders who has been part of the Dubbo RSL Club Group for 10 years. From behind the bar to the TAB, Keno, DM, the door, and Sporties, Lesley is the kind of team member you’ll find just about everywhere – and always with a smile.
When asked what she loves most about her job, Lesley’s answer says it all: her workmates and our amazing patrons. That genuine connection with the people around her is what makes Lesley such a valued part of the team.
A Familiar Face Who Loves What She Does
One of Lesley’s standout traits is her love of meeting members and getting to know them. It’s that personal touch that keeps our community feeling like exactly that – a community.
Her favourite memory? Meeting Nathan, who Lesley affectionately notes is always “poking the bear” – sounds like there’s never a dull moment when those two are on shift!
Would she swap jobs for a day? Not a chance. Lesley loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction she has at the club.
In three words, Lesley describes the Dubbo RSL Club Group as: Welcoming. Social. Friendly. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
