Dubbo's destination for an occasion

Beautifully crafted dishes, an elegant restaurant setting and a stylish bar alongside it. One 7 Eight is where the club goes for anniversaries, birthdays, a long Friday dinner or a cocktail before a show.

The kitchen works to a seasonal menu, so the dishes move with what's good. Bookings are recommended, particularly Friday and Saturday.

The Cocktail Bar

You don't need a table to come in. The bar runs the same hours as the restaurant and takes walk-ins — a good stop before a show in the Entertainment Lounge, or a quiet drink away from the main floor.

Eight or more is a private booking, with a set menu agreed in advance. For anything larger — a wedding, a milestone, a work dinner — our functions team can put the whole night together across the club's rooms.
